The user agrees, understands and acknowledges that the Website is an online platform that enables you to access information and purchase products listed on the Website at the price indicated therein at any time from any location. Your access, use and any purchases made through the Website are subject to and shall constitute your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please exit from the Website.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products through Website.

Once you place an order on www.rjgroup.ae, the Website will automatically generate an e-mail confirming receipt. This confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your Order and does not constitute an acceptance of your Order by RJ Group Plus.

RJ Group Plus strives to provide accurate product, pricing and availability information, Please note that the stock situation changes dynamically, pricing or typographical errors may occur. rjgroup.ae cannot confirm the price of a product until after you order. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product description or availability information rjgroup.ae shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product. In the event that an item is wrongly priced, rjgroup.ae may either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

If we have to cancel the order after we have processed the payment, the said amount will be reversed back to your credit card account. No cash disbursement shall be made under any condition whatsoever.

The delivery of the products is made through third party logistic services providers on all days except on weekends and National holidays. It takes 2 – 5 business days to deliver your order within UAE.

I. Exchange or Return is possible only within seven (7) days of purchase from date of delivery subject to the terms herein:

II. In case if you wish to Exchange or Return the product(s), please contact us on the address given in Contact Details for approval and further actions.
Exchange or Return shall be made provided the product (including the unit carton) is returned unused and unopened (original seal not broken) along with accessories & FOC (Free of Cost)

III. In case the product is returned within 10 days from the date of purchase, in unpacked condition (with its original packing), and is unused, without any scratches, dents or damage then a re-stocking fee of 15% will be deducted while making exchange/refund to cover the costs that we incur in repackaging and restocking. The final decision to accept the open / unpacked products rests with RJ Group Plus.

IV. The refund for products Returned will only be in the form of Credit Vouchers, to be redeemed within a period of 6 months. No cash refund is possible.

V. If a defect is discovered after opening/using the product, your product is covered under repair/replacement warranty of the manufacturer.

VI. Please note RJ Group Plus is a retailer only and the obligation for warranty rests with manufacturer of the product as per the warranty condition listed on the warranty card.
